Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship fully insured, worldwide! You will not be charged for shipping costs at time of checkout and will be invoiced via email only after you make the purchase. If you would like a shipping quote beforehand, I am happy to help. Email me with what you’d like to order and the address it would be shipped to and I’ll get back to you with an estimate as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when it goes out. Shipping times can vary once your order is dropped off with the carrier, please check your tracking number to receive updates on delivery times once it ships.

If you need something in a hurry, please reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Most items include domestic shipping (it will be specified in each item’s listing whether or not it’s included). In the case that shipping charges are not covered in your order, please be aware of our abandoned order policy:

All orders with outstanding, unpaid shipping invoices for more than 90-days past date of issue will be considered legally abandoned by the purchaser. Trash Lamb Gallery reserves the right to dispose of or resell all abandoned purchases at the gallery’s own discretion.

Purchaser will not be refunded for any abandoned orders and relinquishes all rights of ownership of any and all items left with unpaid shipping invoices beyond 90-days from date of shipping invoice.

What if my purchase arrives broken or defective?

Contact the gallery within 48 hours of delivery. If the package is in your possession longer we cannot take it up with the carrier to hold them responsible for the damages. You must include clear photos of the outer packing and of the damaged item(s).

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

All sales are final.
